Dror Katzav
Founder & CEO
Before co-founding Atidot, Dror spent 11 years as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces Intelligence Corps, working in AI and cybersecurity. He brought his knowledge and experience to the commercial world as a consultant for many Israeli startups following his military career.
Ultimately, his love for data and technology drove him to build Atidot, applying his expertise and passion to providing the life insurance industry with a solution to support data-driven decision-making.
Eyal Bar-Noy
Vice President of Engineering

Eyal is a hands-on experienced technology leader with over 20 years of demonstrated expertise. He has a proven track record in building and maintaining high-performance teams and large-scale R&D groups leading to highly successful companies, including one that was acquired by Facebook. Eyal holds an MBA and B.Sc in Computer Science from Bar Ilan University.
Sreedhar Chintamaneni
Vice President of Business Development
Sreedhar has over 20 years of corporate finance and investment experience. He joined Atidot after spending years at Guardian Life as a VP Strategy and, previously, a senior vice president of Deutsche Bank. He has closed over 150 corporate transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Sherry Chan, FSA, EA, MAAA
Chief Strategy Officer
Sherry joined Atidot after holding the position of Chief Actuary of New York City for 7 years. She is an exceptional professional with 20 years of experience in leadership in strategic policy, operations, relationship management, and communications. Graduating from Ohio State University with an Executive MBA, Sherry quickly rose through the ranks of her field and ultimately became Chief Actuary of STRS of Ohio and later on of New York City.
Hadas Egri
Vice President of Finance
Hadas brings over 20 years of experience as an economist and financial analyst to her role at Atidot. With a BA in Economics and Statistics and an MA in Actuarial Science from Haifa University, she has developed a robust expertise in financial strategy and analysis.
Hadas held key roles including Company Economist at "Haifa Chemicals" and Head of the Price Proposal Division in the defense industry. Hadas's extensive background makes her an invaluable asset to the Atidot team, driving financial planning and analysis to new heights.
Norman Tutnauer
Vice President Global Sales
Norman is a senior business executive with 30 years of experience in InsureTech and telecom.
His experience in business is matched by an equally impressive multidisciplinary technical background in telecommunications, enterprise, FinTech, InsureTech, and more.
Norman has led large, multinational sales/alliances teams for the past 30 years, with individual deals reaching over $50m.
Valentina Isakina

Valentina is an Ivy League and STEM-educated strategy and transformation executive, and a trusted advisor with 20+ years of global C-suite experience. She spent several years as a senior advisor in the Office of Prime Minister Tony Blair. Valentina is passionate about people, innovation and making a difference.

Liat has vast experience when it comes to growing businesses. Having held top positions at the Academy, Babylon, Paybox, and User1st, she has helped design and implement business operations and establish company culture policies. Liat also ran her own coaching business for over 15 years. Liat’s extensive knowledge of the management development process has helped her work with enterprise organizations.
